SCOPE OF WORK: Remodeled 3,000 square feet of existing office. Added a 20 foot tall and 100 foot long demising wall to split the warehouse. Constructed a ramp and punched out a double wide overhead door at loading dock for large trucks to pull into the warehouse.

PROJECT NAME: Western Distribution Center - Auburn, WA

CUSTOMER: RREEF

SCOPE OF WORK: Emergency repairs to existing roof support structure. A forklift knocked out one of the structural support columns and the roof started sagging. We immediately shored the roof while we assembled a plan for the permanent repair. This consisted of jacking the roof structure in several places, installing new trusses as well as repairing damaged ones where feasible.
