PROJECT: Vascular Access Center - Renton, WA

CUSTOMER: Vascular Access Centers, Inc.

SCOPE: This 5,000 square foot Vascular Clinic was completed 7 weeks after receiving the permit. The project involved a complete change of use from office space into a medical facility for performing vascular procedures. The remodel involved extensive plumbing modifications, HVAC system upgrades and curb cuts for complying with Medicare’s handicap accessibility codes. Procedure and exam rooms were built to meet Medicare’s specifications.

PROJECT: Dr. Jensen, DDS - Queen Anne, Seattle, WA

CUSTOMER: Dr. Darryl Jensen, DDS

SCOPE: First generation build-out of this 2,200 square foot shell into family dental clinic. Improvements involved extensive plumbing, mechanical, electrical, casework, framing, new acoustic ceiling, wall covering and flooring. Rough-in of x-ray and dental equipment as well as vacuum systems, back flow preventers to each exam area.

PROJECT: Pacific Physician’s Lab - Mountlake Terrace, WA

CUSTOMER: CyTo Lab Pathology Services

SCOPE: This project consisted of building a 7,000 square foot pathology lab and office from cold shell condition. The schedule was constricted considerably to ensure the lab equipment could be installed and properly tested and calibrated before opening for business. New HVAC, plumbing and electrical service were larger aspects of this job and were bidder design with the lab component requiring specialized designs.

PROJECT: Lakeland Urgent Care Clinic

CUSTOMER: Lakeland Medical Group

SCOPE: This 6,000 square foot urgent care facility was a first generation build out from shell condition. Construction included bringing electrical and mechanical service to the space, construction of 2 procedure rooms and 5 exam rooms, patient waiting area, doctor’s offices and staff lounge.

PROJECT: Smile Secrets – Jefferson Square –
West Seattle, WA

CUSTOMER: Dr. Kari Chellis, DDS

SCOPE: Extensive demolition of three office suites in occupied Class office building to create one 2,700 square foot dental clinic. This dense medical build out involved new HVAC throughout, new plumbing, electrical and medical gas to 5 operatories, new dental cabinetry, dental lab space and high end finishes in the lobby/waiting area and all consultation rooms. Building was occupied and special steps were required to accommodate neighbors during the 14 week construction schedule.

PROJECT: Shoreline Dental - Shoreline, WA

CUSTOMER: Dr. Princeton Co, DDS

SCOPE: Complete build out of dental clinic from grey shell condition. High-end finishes throughout and amenities such as satellite television at each exam station highlight this project. All trades were involved with this build-out which was completed with no changes to the original budget and on schedule.

SCOPE: Complete remodel of 2,300 SF existing office space into new orthodontic practice. Change of use improvements involved extensive demolition, new plumbing, mechanical, electrical, casework, framing, acoustic ceiling, wall covering and new wood flooring.

PROJECT: Harbour Pointe Orthodontics - Mukilteo, WA

CUSTOMER: Dr. Peter Galgano, DDS

SCOPE: First-generation build out from shell condition in occupied office building. Construction consisted of three operatories, reception area, private offices, restrooms, employee kitchen and laboratory space. Schedule was condensed to accommodate tenant's move-in and was completed in 4 weeks.

PROJECT: Queen Anne Obstetrics and Gynecology - Seattle, WA

CUSTOMER: Dr. Susan Petcoff, D.O.

SCOPE: Complete remodel of two office spaces, converting them into one medical facility including laboratory, exam rooms, offices and comfortable lobby/waiting area. Project started with extensive demolition and continued with complete framing, new HVAC, plumbing, electrical and detailed finish work deserving of a high-end doctor's office.
