Merritt+Pardini Headquarters - Tacoma, WA
CUSTOMER:
Merritt+Pardini Architecture
SCOPE:
Multi-floor build out of Class A office on the 15th and 16th
floors of Tacoma's historic Heritage Bank Building. Scope
of work included cutting in a stairwell between the floors,
extensive casework assembled on site due to limited elevator
access, exposing and painting concrete ceiling and ductwork,
open work spaces, private offices and conference rooms. All
finishes were a mixture of high-end and exposed concrete,
creating an industrial, yet comfortable and contemporary work
environment. |

Gifts By Design - NW Work Lofts - Seattle, WA
CUSTOMER:
Gifts By Design, Inc.
SCOPE:
This 10,000 square foot tenant improvement was in the Northwest
Work Lofts, a project with buildings dating back to 1927.
Scope of work included cutting an opening for new stairs to
connect the 1st and 2nd floors, combination of new and refinished
wood floors, updated HVAC and electrical service to the spaces,
new kitchen area, new restrooms and an extensive casework
package used to demise work stations and display the company’s
products. |

USA - Bellevue, WA
CUSTOMER:
Alstom
SCOPE:
New construction - complete shell build out for this energy
and transportation infrastructure company. The project included
24,000 SF of Class A Office, reception area, employee lounges
and 8,000 SF of complex computer lab to house the company's
servers and mainframes, powering super computers all over
the world. All finishes were high-end. |

Airbiquity - Waterfront Place - Seattle, WA
CUSTOMER:
Spear Street Capital
SCOPE:
Extensive demolition of two existing suites was necessary
to combine them into this 8,000 square foot office. Build
out included new reception area, perimeter offices, employee
lounge, 3 conference rooms and Q&A lab. New HVAC was brought
to the space as well as added electrical capacity. Construction
was performed in occupied building and completed ahead of
schedule. |

Association of Realtors - Bellevue, WA
CUSTOMER:
Seattle King County Association of Realtors
SCOPE:
Remodel of existing office space starting with extensive demolition
of the existing structures. Scope included 8 new offices,
2 training / classrooms with operable wall divider, new employee
lounge / kitchen and reception area. Complete upgrade and
reconfiguration of the HVAC system was necessary along with
extensive building sprinkler main modifications to accommodate
new space plan. All new finishes were Class A. |

SCOPE:
This 15,000 square foot tenant improvement was on an accelerated
schedule and completed in 8 weeks. The scope of work included
constructing 11 new offices, four informal conference rooms,
one high tech board room, new employee kitchen and break rooms,
two new server rooms and reception area. |

SCOPE:
Multi-floor tenant improvement while fully occupied. Completely
remodeled existing offices to accommodate new call center.
Aggressive schedule met while mapping out strategies to minimize
impact to tenant during construction. |

SCOPE:
Remodel of existing office space including new privates, open
work spaces, reception area, and conference rooms. Work involved
upgrading utilities for hi-tech use, all new finishes and
extensive casework to house presentation equipment in the
conference rooms. Upgraded finishes and new configuration
improved the space to high-end, Class A office. |
