PROJECT
PROCESS
Your
project may be a major undertaking for your company, or it may be
a minor steppingstone on your path to growth. Either way, DP Incorporated's
integrated services will be a critical factor in determining the
success of your project - before, during and after construction.
There is no
"typical" improvement project because each one includes
different brokers, architects, property managers and tenants. Each
player brings a unique personality, vision and objective to the
table. There is one thing that remains consistent - each project
has four distinct stages that make up its lifecycle.
Pre-Lease
It all begins with a plan. That plan is created by you, your architect,
and DP Incorporated. Our involvement at this early stage ensures
that your design coincides with your budget and addresses the hidden
issues that could otherwise kill your deal.
Lease Signing
After
using our services to help put your lease together, its time to
sign the documents. This puts the wheels in motion for the next
stage of your construction project. Now that you have a signed deal,
you will want to hone in on your design and collect real pricing
for all the trades involved with building your new space. This is
where we can help you measure real costs compared to final design,
often finding ways to save you time and money.
Construction
Your input dictates how we map out a plan to build your new space
without impacting your ongoing business. We will sit down with you
to set a schedule to accommodate your needs and deadlines. We initiate
the permit process and the necessary demolition begins. Our on-site
Superintendent is your advocate throughout construction.
Closeout
/ Completion
The final stage of every project is the most gratifying for the
tenant. After construction concludes and all the subcontractors
have left the job, our Superintendents complete the punch list and
close out each job. You receive personalized service until everything
is finalized and you are satisfied.
