| PROJECT:
AlaskaUSA Federal Credit Unions -
Various Locations, WA
CUSTOMER:
IBT / AlaskaUSA
SCOPE:
Completed 19 in-store branches in two years. Projects vary
in scope from complete build out from shell condition to remodel
of existing branches into new branding scheme. Small footprint
of in-store branches require precise layout of casework packages
and finishes. Extensive coordination with shell and core GC
(new construction) and store management (remodels) is required
for successful projects. |

BECU - Broadway Plaza - Seattle, WA
CUSTOMER:
Boeing Employees Credit Union
SCOPE:
Complete demolition of existing retail store and build out
of new bank branch from shell condition. This store was the
prototype for a new branding strategy for the company. Scope
of work included new casework, storefront, ATM vestibule,
flooring, acoustic clouds, and specialty lighting. |

Eddie Bauer - Bellevue Square - Bellevue, WA
CUSTOMER:
Eddie Bauer, Inc.
SCOPE:
Remodel of existing store in Bellevue Square Mall. A new concept
for the store entrance was introduced with this project. Finishes
throughout were upgraded and a new atmosphere was created
that stands as the model for all their stores today. The store
remained open throughout construction. We worked very closely
with store planning to devise a plan for phased construction
to minimize the impact to their daily traffic. |

CUSTOMER:
Doug Brown - Building Owner
SCOPE:
This build-out from vanilla shell involved very unique retailing
designs. The client hired a specialty retail designer for
the merchandising racks and walls. The package included high-end
counters, specialty lighting systems, specific paint patterns
and colors and a mix of flooring types throughout the store. |

CUSTOMER:
Paper Zone, Inc.
SCOPE:
Remodel of existing store. Scope of work included shell modifications
to create exterior corporate identity, complete demo of existing
interior, build out of hard shelving, cashier center, office
and storage facilities and upgraded restrooms. |

The Grape Escape - Crossroads Mall -
Bellevue, WA
CUSTOMER:
Lonnie Schott, Proprietor
SCOPE:
The Grape Escape wine bar focuses on wines from Pacific Northwest
craft wineries and they designed a space consistent with those
values. Construction consisted of adding HVAC capacity to
the space, stripping and finishing the floors, painting walls
and ceilings, building a transaction desk and building a wine
cellar. |
