Jared Lyons Vice President / Project Manager

Jared has over 20 years of experience in construction and real estate development on projects, predominantly throughout the Pacific Northwest and Northeast. He has a breath of experience having worked on the GC, Developers and Owners Rep sides of the business, on projects ranging from industrial, commercial office, higher education, and hospitality.
A graduate from University of Washington in Business Finance, Jared started his career with local GC, working his way up Project Manager before making the move to New York City. There he worked for a multidisciplinary real estate development firm on projects across the tri-state area, as well as on the West Coast. Upon moving back to Seattle, he had the opportunity to join a large, construction start-up as a Regional Construction Lead.
As Senior Project Manager with DP Inc, Jared has overall responsibility for developing, monitoring, and meeting schedules and budgets, presiding over contractual issues with owners and subcontractors and ensuring that the finished project exceeds our customers' expectations.
