Headquartered in Wisconsin, this national spice seller was looking to open their first location in Washington State.  They approached DP Incorporated during lease negotiations to assist with scope development and provide budget pricing for their Tenant Improvements.  Our team worked closely with their Director of Development to identify and address the challenges of the space before signing their lease.  After getting the green light, we were able to complete this project in only 4 weeks.
