Dr. Thongin purchased a distressed building in Arlington to house his newest and largest clinic.  He turned to DPInc for help managing his budget while renovating the building and building out a dental clinic at the same time.  This project involved new electrical and utility services, modifications to the roof structure, complete demolition of interior finishes back to shell condition, construction of new dental clinic with 10 operatories utilizing high-end finishes throughout including reclaimed wood-clad walls and reception desk, tile flooring, ceiling and light features.
