Talon bought the 8th & Olive building with the vision of investing in new amenities spaces and shifting the main entrance of the building from 8th Ave. to Olive Way. Part of that initiative was repositioning the vast lobby space on the 8th Ave. entrance. We worked with closely with the ownership and their architects to create a gathering place that provides tenants the opportunity to relax while getting some work done and also adding informal meeting space. The project consisted of building a new ceiling with structural steel and light panels, new flooring and blackened steel wall features.
