This west-coast based boutique security firm was opening a Seattle office and contacted us to perform the construction of their new space.  We worked closely with their in-house design team to ensure that the space met all the local codes while achieving the intent of the original design. The scope of work included demolition of the existing finishes, new private offices, 2 executive conference rooms, employee lounge area, large break room/kitchen, and exposing the existing old growth posts and beams that were original to this historic building.
