DP Inc. was commissioned by Cedar Crest Academy and worked closely with Ware Malcomb Architects to raze the interior structural configuration of an existing interior medical practice building and transform it into a private school for young children (preschool thru 5th grade) in Bellevue, WA. The project required new interior concrete footings, new shear walls, new water and sprinkler utility lines to the building and a complete makeover of the exterior landscape. The building now includes 9 full size class rooms, a full kitchen, a large teachers break room, and 8 restrooms customized for young children. And a large exterior playground.
