Pacific Physician’s Laboratories turned to DP Incorporated to help with lease negotiations by providing budget pricing for the potential build out of their space.  Drawing from our experience building similar facilities and based on preliminary information, we were able to establish a realistic budget that was very close to the actual costs of the build out.  The project was first-generation construction from warm shell condition and involved stout electrical and HVAC systems to meet the requirements of the equipment throughout the lab.
