Dr. Mahoney called us while she was looking for space for her new clinic. We visited several buildings and helped her team with their evaluation by providing budget pricing for the tenant improvements in one building vs. the next. Once she chose a location, we helped manage her budget by talking with the design team who did a great job of designing a beautiful space that fit within the budget we helped to establish. This project involved heavy demolition, new electrical and plumbing systems, fixing existing cross-zoning HVAC issues and new finishes throughout.
