This tenant improvement was part of a larger redevelopment of Edmonds’ Historic Old Mill Town complex.  When doctors Wong and Solum signed their new lease, they hired an architect to design their clinic and produce bid documents.  We competed against two other contractors and won the assignment.  The project involved taking a cold shell and building a full service vision clinic complete with exam rooms, optical shop and lab.  Features included barn style doors to save space in walls, exam rooms and hallways, stone feature walls, extensive casework package and unique ceiling treatments.
