DP Inc partnered with the owners of Eyes on You to design and construct a unique modern concept Optical Boutique on 1st Ave, just north of the historic Pioneer Square district in downtown Seattle. This cold shell build out made efficient use of a long linear space and included lighting upgrades, changes to electrical, plumbing and HVAC. The project included three eye exam rooms, a refractive testing room, a laser surgery room, a spa services room, a custom-built optical boutique fitting bar and a retail sunglass area.
