The owners of Felix & Fido selected DP Inc to construct its first veterinary clinic in Issaquah, WA. DP Inc worked with MD Architects to value engineer this project to ensure that it was completed within the established budget and on schedule. DP Inc started with a cold shell and the scope of work included a large reception area, three exam rooms, three treatment areas, an x-ray room, surgery suite, pharmacy, laboratory, eleven stainless steel pet kennels, break room, unisex restrooms and two private offices.
