Genki Sushi is the second largest sushi chain in Japan and had 15 stores in the Hawaiian Islands before expanding to the mainland of the US.  They chose Seattle as the location for their first market and DP Incorporated to build their stores.  This particular project was made more complicated because it was sandwiched between a QFC below and residential condos above.  We had to coordinate our activities around the schedule of a grocery store open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week as well as full time residences without impacting the client’s goals for the project.
