The landlord for K&G in Tukwila approached DP Incorporated because they had landed a large anchor tenant and were required to relocate K&G to make room. The project consisted of complete demolition of the interior finishes and structures, including a large mezzanine. Construction included new HVAC and electrical services, new walls and lights throughout the space, new flooring, graphics and fixtures. The project schedule was condensed to meet the landlord’s commitment to the new anchor tenant and was completed on time and within budget.
