The chef and owner of Seattle’s Rovers restaurant wanted to open a second, more casual concept and when the frame shop next door became available, he turned to DP Incorporated. We worked closely with his architect and his landlord to develop the scope of work that achieved his design goals while keeping to a tight budget. The result was Luc Bistro, a quaint, casual neighborhood establishment with an open kitchen, reclaimed back bar, booth and table seating and a sidewalk cafe.
