These projects were the 4th and 5th branch Tenant Improvements we performed with Seattle Credit Union and JPC Architects. The Project Team developed a great working relationship where DPInc had become the go-to for constructability questions, schedule planning and cost control. These projects involved complete buildout of all finishes and infrastructures. Both branches followed Seattle Credit Union’s new modern design criteria.
