When Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union sold their headquarters building, they needed to relocate their downtown branch. They turned to the team of JPC Architects and DPInc to work through the design and budget so they could build a new branch worthy of the flagship label. They chose the historic Pacific Building in Seattle’s downtown central business district and took a space formerly occupied by a restaurant. The project involved heavy demolition of existing infrastructure and construction of a new teller line, conference room, private offices, open workstations and employee break area.
