When KORE Bellevue Technology Center decided to completely renovate its common area and create The HUB @ BTC (Bellevue Technology Center), they called on Nelson Architects and DP Incorporated to create a fresh modern space that is both inviting and relaxing. The idea was to create an environment where one can find a quite space in one of the three reading rooms, hold a team meeting in one of the two large conference rooms, grab a beer and a snack from the island bar and have a casual meeting on either side of the floor to ceiling see through gas fireplace. Or better yet, open the accordion Nano doors and sit by the outdoor fire place and enjoy the sunshine with your team.

The HUB @ BTC also includes both men’s and women’s locker rooms with three full showers, lockers and restroom amenities. In addition, there is a spacious fitness center complete with Peloton exercise equipment, free weights and a separate studio for yoga and stretching.
