The Tschetter Group was referred to DP Inc. by Kidder Mathews because of DP’s impeccable reputation in delivering high quality office tenant improvements. The Tschetter Group project was a complete interior demolition of an existing 7,500 SF two-story stand-alone office building in Bellevue, WA. DP with the help of JPC Architects, transformed this outdated closed office space into a warm, open office concept, incorporating natural light, large windows, and perimeter wall to wall glass offices to create a welcoming, modern looking office environment. This project comprised several structural elements, including a new covered entry, eight first floor individual offices, two open offices, a full kitchen, an expansive glass enclosed conference room, two locker rooms with showers, a private side conference room, and a quiet room. The second floor opens to a large lounge area complete a with full kitchen, large open office space, a glass enclosed conference room, and two glass enclosed individual offices.
