When the owners of Twin Lakes Veterinary Hospital decided to fully remodel their existing building, they commissioned MD Architects and DP Inc. to redesign and renovate both the interior workspace and exterior facade. The interior was completely gutted, and all new services were installed including, upgraded power, low voltage/data outlets, and medical gas supply. The redesigned floor plan incorporated an expansive reception area, customer restroom, an open treatment area, dental cleaning room,  surgical suite, x-ray room, 6 exam rooms, a pharmacy, kennel, two offices, staff break room, lockers  and restroom. Exterior improvements included a new metal roof, changes to the entrance and entry facade, new windows and all new exterior siding.
