DP Incorporated was on board for the restaurant tenant improvement from the beginning, but had to step in as the building’s shell contractor fell short of its commitments. The preconstruction process was critical as managing the client’s tight budget while maintaining the architect’s design intent became an important goal for the whole project team. By completing the shell work in addition to the tenant improvement, DPInc turned a potential disaster into a project that won “New Restaurant of the Year” from Hospitality Magazine.
