When Goodman Real Estate purchased the Westlund Building, the interior finishes were old, the rents were low and vacancy was high. DP Incorporated worked with the owner to provide a much-needed face lift to the common areas in the building, bringing it to par with other assets in the area. Along with a major seismic upgrade of the entire structure, this allowed our client to turn over the rents for much higher rates and dramatically increase the building’s return.
