Seattle Foundation is one of the leading philanthropic organizations in the Puget Sound. We were thrilled to be chosen to build their new headquarters. The project started with heavy demolition of the existing finishes on the entire 18th floor of Westlake Tower, bringing the space back to shell condition. Highlights of the buildout include architectural features such as wood walls and ceilings, extensive casework package, Modernfold wall partition and custom lighting.
