We have performed multiple projects for both Blanton Turner and their landlord, Samis. When Blanton Turner leased space
from Samis, both companies suggested bringing DP Inc in to perform the Tenant Improvements. This project involved full demolition of existing finishes, reuse of the HVAC and sprinkler systems, new offices, open work areas and conference rooms. A comfortable employee lounge was among the space’s amenities.
