Chamei Matcha is a high-end Japanese Matcha beverages and ice cream dessert shop that started as a warm shell. We began working with their architect and client to value engineer the project to get within the established budget. Scope of work and design included refined entry, signage, store front façade, custom table dining space, restroom and customer display counter.
