When the Client decided to upgrade and expand their Seattle office headquarters in Factoria, WA, they collaborated with SRO and DP Inc. to coordinate a 3-phase construction process to allow the Client to continue operations without interruption. The project included the expansion of the overall office space to incorporate 1.5 floors, the addition of large open work areas with powered workstations, a large training room divisible with an operable partition, extensive AV systems throughout multiple conference, huddle, and meeting rooms. 3 break rooms, polished concrete floors, axiom cloud lighting, BARRISOL fabric ceiling tiles, acoustic wall panels throughout, and 4 turnstile security doors with keyed security access.
