On a recommendation from one of his colleagues, Dr. Ghafghazi called us to help him with budget pricing as he was finalizing
the lease for his second location. We walked the building, identified any limiting existing conditions and developed budget pricing for several different scenarios. Once he signed the lease, we started working with his designer by advising on budget impact during the design phase. The project was completed on time and on budget.
