This tenant improvement was part of a larger redevelopment of Edmonds’ Historic Old Mill Town complex. DPInc competed against two other contractors and won the assignment. The project involved building a full service vision clinic from cold shel condition complete with exam rooms, optical shop and lab space. Features included barn style doors to save space in walls, exam rooms and hallways, stone feature walls, extensive casework package, unique ceiling treatments and other high-end finishes.
