Dr. Waterhouse chose to work with DPInc in part because we provided the most comprehensive proposal at the most economic price. This project was a first-generation build out from vanilla shell and involved new HVAC, electrical and plumbing throughout the space. Radius soffits helped define the reception area while the rest of the space included a large treatment area, surgical room, kennels, lab space, exam rooms, consulting rooms, employee break area and doctor’s office. The building was a mixed-use structure with residential units above the construction site so we took special care to avoid disturbing residents during construction.
