Once Nyhus chose DP Incorporated to build their new office, we began working together with their architect to value engineer the scope of work in order to accommodate a hard budget. We were able to accomplish this without sacrificing the essence of the architect’s design. This project involved complete demolition of the 12th floor to shell condition, new offices with sliding storefront door systems, four conference rooms, a large employee lounge and high-end finishes in the common areas.
