The One Eighty project was a 7,000 square foot expansion of an existing tenant at the Westalke Office Tower in Seattle. DP Incorporated worked with the Tenant, Architect and Building Owner to preserve the project’s design intent while saving significant money to meet a tight budget. Special features included curved walls, and soffits, tile entry wall, glass conference room with custom corner sliding doors, recessed television alcoves and a slotted wall separating the open office from the work room.
