When Fan Tang Asian Cafe owner Shen Zhao decided to open his latest restaurant in Newcastle, WA, he called on Architect Sue Genty and DP Inc to turn a 1,200 sf cold shell into an inviting sit down restaurant that is both cozy and comfortable. The open kitchen concept was carried forward from their Kirkland location and includes an order/take out kiosk and beautiful green bamboo porcelain tile.
