Genki Sushi involved DPInc when they were looking for space to house their next restaurant.  As this was our fourth project together, we knew Genki’s MEP requirements very well and were able to help them select the space that best fit their needs and budget.  Working with the architect during design, we helped control the cost before the drawings were complete.  The project was a huge success for Genki Sushi USA as they broke their opening day records for revenue.
