Dr. Vu purchased a commercial condo in a mixed use building on Mercer Island.  She approached us to help determine her budget while the space was still under design.  We worked closely with her designer to fit the design elements that meant the most to her into her budget for construction.  We started with a cold shell and brought HVAC, plumbing and electrical to the space.  She selected nice high-end finishes including a back-lit resin panel on the radius reception desk, sound sealed barn doors, electric fireplace, solid surface countertops and upgraded lighting package.
