We helped during the leasing process by providing input to both cost and building infrastructure for this internationally recognized tenant.  After the lease was signed, we worked closely with the tenant, architect and construction management teams to further develop the scope of work and design of the systems within the space.  The project consisted of interior offices, open work spaces, collaborative team areas, a large kitchen area called the “Town Hall” and developers’ lab.  The finishes included reclaimed wood walls and ceilings, wrought iron counter tops and wall features and glazing wall systems.
