One Eighty occupied the entire 19th floor of the Westlake Office Tower located in Seattle. Their new project was an expansion to over half of the 18th floor, increasing their footprint 50%. DP Incorporated worked with the Tenant, Architect and Building Owner to preserve the design intent of the space while saving significant money to meet a tight budget. The project was completed on time and on budget.
