Pickleball Kingdom – Lynnwood is located across from the Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, WA. The owners John and Mara Hylton chose this location due to its proximity to North Seattle and its ease of access to I-5 and 405. The project called for 12 regulation size courts (10 on the main level and 2 private courts on the 2nd floor), rough in/prep for TV/AV system, install of players grade light system, major refresh of HVAC distribution throughout the floor space. 
In addition, DP Inc did a complete refresh of the bathrooms, installed 3 private showers, a row of high quality lockers, a mezzanine level viewing platform, an enclosed main level party area, an ADA compliant elevator, and ample parking to accommodate large volumes of pickleball players.
