Pomegranate Bistro is one of Puget Sound’s greatest and most unique eateries.  They had long wished to add a full bar and lounge area to their space and approached us to help make it a reality.  The project consisted of complete demolition of office space to make room for new lager restrooms, an expanded quick service counter and full bar area.  The bar and tables were lined with reclaimed wood from pickle barrels and the floors were stained and polished concrete.  The entire project was completed while keeping the existing restaurant and catering business fully operational.
