When Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union decided to open a branch in the Northgate neighborhood of Seattle, they approached us to help them with construction issues during the site selection process.  We worked closely with their facilities department answering questions about candidate buildings and providing insight on the impact to budget and schedule. They ultimately selected the Thornton Creek development and hired JPC Architects to design the space.  We worked closely with JPC to fit their design and SMCU’s requirements into the budget they had for construction.
