The owners of this Zeek’s Pizza franchise approached DPInc to build their new restaurant after we had completed a successful medical clinic build out for some of their investors.  This was their first restaurant endeavor and they wanted a contractor who they could trust and had restaurant expertise.  Starting with a cold shell, this project involved new HVAC, electrical and plumbing services, new large hood and scrubber reaching the roof deck through a new fully lined shaft, full bar, kitchen, dining areas with banquette seating and casework throughout the space.
