Chris has over 30 years of experience in real estate finance, construction software sales, consumer product sales/marketing, general contracting, and business development. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Indiana, and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington.

Chris’ success has been based on building long-term customer relationships through understanding customer needs, generating collaborative ideas, and facilitating innovative win-win solutions.

As the Business Development Manager at DP Inc., Chris’ role is to develop, nurture and grow relationships with construction managers, real estate managers, commercial brokers, designers, architectural firms, business owners, and community organizations within the restaurant, class A & B office, medical, dental, and capital project industries.
