The Owner of Bellevue Pacific Center tasked their property management team at JSH Properties to engage with a general contractor to renovate common areas and reposition the lobby. DPInc joined the team and helped solve several exterior building issues as well as finalize the scope of work for the larger remodel.  This project was performed without interrupting the building functions and with minimal impact to it’s tenants.
