The Cortiva Institute found a new home for their south-end campus and chose DP Incorporated to build their space.  This project was located in a retail complex and involved heavy demolition of the existing retail fixtures and finishes, bringing the space to a shell condition.  Construction included upgrades to the HVAC system, new electrical and lighting, sanitizing stations, classrooms, massage rooms, administrative offices, new restrooms and a commissary.
