Staples has long been a leader in the big box office supply retail market.  Spearheading a new strategy for increased online services and sales meant opening a web development lab in the Seattle area.  Staples and CBRE turned to DPInc to help establish a budget during the lease negotiation stage. We worked closely with the design, landlord and tenant teams to meet those budget goals while achieving a high level of design. This project involved polished concrete floors, employee cafeteria, reclaimed wood panels, glass office fronts, artist’s murals, overhead doors to create the main conference room and new lighting throughout.
